What beer would you serve Oprah? Seriously, bro, what beer? This is a totally important question that we are going to tackle this week. Please join us for this and beer releases to Look Out For, listeners calling us, beer drinking and trying to please Matt.
Please join us for this and beer releases to Look Out For, listeners calling us, beer drinking, there is a drinking device called at Bierstick, Paul has a “new” beer song for us, and we have a hard time trying to please Matt.
All this and more craft beer party time! Have a listen!
The Bearded Brewer is back from his California Central Coast beercation! Listen for great calls, brewing talk, Russian River might be coming to your town, crowlers, plenty of drinking, more ‘beer nerd’ terms that annoy, PLUS there are some “Silicon Valley” tangents.
Something to take away from this episode: What is the beer style that represents your city the most? (voicemail 559-492-0542)
This suddenly became a great week for IPAs… this should be good, lots to drink. In that IPA cache we got a slight Whale Beer, break down some new fall variety 12-packs, talk about a local bottle release event, drink drink drink, listen to voicemails and dream about new beers.
The question to ask yourself before listening: How will a Aerosmith ballad factor in to this week’s show? Let’s find out!
This week we are so lucky to have Kelly from Karl Strauss and Whose Craft PLUS her friend Ryan, join us. She brings plenty of tasty beer along with tasty beer conversation.
We get into all the craft beer indie beer talk you could want, find out what Karl Strauss is up to and explain how Modern Times became a Golden God to us this week (spoiler: it has nothing to do with their beer.
It’s so damn tasty. At least that’s my memory of it. Talking about Aroma Coma, seasonal IPA from Drake’s Brewing.
It was released over the weekend so you can certainly get it if you’re in the East Bay. Or maybe you’re lucky enough to be a tour stop.
Yeah, this beer is so damn cool it has its own tour. It also has two opening acts: Aroma Therapy (double IPA version) and Aroma Prieta (pale version). Did you see that? The tour stops in the Perfect Pour’s neck-of-the-woods, Clovis.
Coma 2015 is averaging 4 out of 5 stars on Untappd right now. Looking forward to ‘checking in’ to one on the 31st.
This week!: Bells tells tale of drinking craft in New York and New Jersey. The Bearded Brewer is Skyping on the coast, Nick is vacationing and Dave brings in some Modern Times. Then we drank the Modern Times. And the Pliny. And the Pizza Port. And the Ska (TICKER). Will drink with us? be drank…drunk?…yep, we’re drunk.
